What is the status of my order?
We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? Email us at onlinestore@shc.sa.edu.au to check the status of your order. Also please check junk mail.
How will my order be shipped?
We send all orders with Australia Post using flat rates based on weight. Apparel is sent in satchels. Glass items are sent in a box. You will be issued with a tracking number upon confirmation of your order being sent. Please note, Sacred Heart College will not be liable for any items that are lost in transit. You will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post should this occur.

How long will it take for my order to be ready if I choose “Pickup”?
As we have two locations, please allow 1-5 business days for your items to be ready for collection. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Also please check junk mail.
Can I exchange/return an item I purchased online at the Uniform Shop?
Yes. Items can be returned/exchanged at the Uniform shop of either campus.

Are sizes equivalent to age?
Not always. Students are all different shapes and sizes; therefore, items are not always equivalent to age. If you are unsure of sizing, please visit the Uniform Shop once orders are in stock.

The item I’m looking for isn’t available until a later date, why is this?
We stock items according to the season, so there may be occasions where an item is not available.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged?
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working day of receiving your order by contacting us at onlinestore@shc.sa.edu.au. We will reply within 48 hours regarding the options to return the order. Once confirmed, we will email through details on how to return so that the item(s) can be sent back to us for inspection. Once this has been arranged we will send you a replacement for the damaged item(s).
