Exchanges & Refunds
Sacred Heart College does not accept product exchanges or refunds for change of mind under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This includes (but is not limited to) pre-order or on-sale items.
Returns For Damaged Items
Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working day of receiving your order by contacting us at communications@shc.sa.edu.au. We will reply within 48 hours regarding the options to return the order.
Once confirmed, we will email through details on how to return so that the item(s) can be sent back to us for inspection. Once this has been arranged we will send you a replacement for the damaged item(s).
